If You Want To Cancel/Edit Your Order
Our main goal is to process all orders efficiently and flawlessly. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email us ASAP at ashley@spiritedones.com. We work hard to get your order to you quickly, and once the order is processed, we will not be able to make any changes as it's already on the way!
Would You Like To Receive Your Money Back?
In the case that you are not happy with your Spirited Ones purchase, please contact us at ashley@spiritedones.com and send us some images/videos of what the issue is with the item(s) you received.
We want to be aware and mindful of ways we can improve our items and overall service so that you always have a great experience when shopping with us!
Once the refund is approved, your refund will be processed immediately. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for the refund to be credited to your Debit/Credit card payment or 3-5 business days for your PayPal payment.
PLEASE NOTE: Make sure to contact us within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Any requests after this time may not be eligible for a refund.

We want you to feel happy and supported when coming into contact with our brand. That is why we always ask that you contact us as soon as you notice an issue with your item(s).
No need to worry about returning the item! We always strive to make this process as easy as possible for you. Simply send us some images/video of your item(s) showing us the problem and we will do our best to assist you to your satisfaction!
